Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Fill in the form here and it reaches us immediately, without a separate email. We send a confirmation to your email address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your instructions or clearly personalised, or to a workshop or course booked for a specific date. An unused gift card may be withdrawn from within 14 days. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method.
